This is because most of the spam filtering today uses different fonts and colors in their emails. Avoid changing fonts as sometimes, the recipient may not have their email program configured to display your formatting as it appears in your system.

In such cases, they may only end up deleting your file. Your relationship with a customer will not be enhanced if you force them to open a large file that consumes so much of their time.
